He is a graduate of Presbyterian College where he earned a BS in Business Administration and Management. In 1980 he founded the company, Palmetto Dairy Supply, which is in operation today.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In June 1987, Charles was elected to the Board of Directors of Laurens Electric Cooperative and currently serves as Chairman. In 1998, he was elected to the Board of Directors of Federated Rural Electric Exchange and served three 3-year terms before retiring from that position in 2007. In addition to his service at Federated Rural Electric Exchange, he became a Director of Central Electric Cooperative in August 2017, received his Board Leadership Certification from NRECA in October 2012 and received his Director Gold Certification in January 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Charles has been married to his high school sweetheart since 1975. He holds a Bachelor&#8217;s and Master&#8217;s degree in Business Administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mike and his wife, Marla, are parents to two children, Brett (25) and Ashley (21). Ardis (\u201cRob\u201d) has been the President and CEO of Santee Electric Cooperative since 2015. Before that, he worked for Pee Dee Electric Cooperative for 14 years, wrapping up his time there as Chief Operating Officer. Rob has served on the ECSC, Central, and CEEUS boards as well as serving as an ex-officio member of the South Carolina Public Service Authority board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rob graduated from Francis Marion University with degrees in physics and mathematics, as well as an electrical engineering degree from The University of Tennessee. Additionally, Rob has an MBA from Francis Marion University and is a registered professional engineer in the state of South Carolina. He is a member of the National and South Carolina Societies for Professional Engineers and serves as the chapter coordinator of the annual MathCounts competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rob\u2019s wife, Shannon, is a physical therapist in Florence. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University and an MBA from the University of South Carolina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to his role at Fairfield Electric, Bruce serves on the board of several cooperative organizations, and is a board member of Central SC. He holds a degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Industrial Electronic Technology and has dedicated 37 years to his career at Dietze &amp; Schell (formerly OC MFG &amp; Foundry &amp; Steel).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Travis has been a member of the Little River Electric Cooperative Board since 2020 and currently serves as Chairperson. He holds the Credentialed Cooperative Director (CCD) certification and is just a few classes away from achieving Director Gold status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A proud veteran, Travis served eight years in the South Carolina National Guard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Travis and his wife, Pattie, have been married for 32 years. Berl began working for Palmetto Electric in 1988 as Vice President of Engineering and Operations and served as Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Cooperative from 2013 to 2014.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berl is a graduate of Clemson University with a degree in electrical engineering. He is a graduate of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association Management Internship Program at the University of Nebraska. Berl has also served in several utility organizations including the Central Electric Power Cooperative Board of Trustees, ECSC, CEEUS, and NRECA, and currently serves as chairman of the CEEUS Board of Directors. As an active member of the community, he served in local rotary clubs and Boy Scout groups, along with board positions on the Beaufort County Economic Development Board and the Hilton Head Island\/Bluffton Chamber of Commerce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Berl is a native of Ridgeland, SC, and resides in Rose Hill Plantation, Bluffton, SC with his wife, Martha B. Davis. He also serves on the board of The Electric Cooperatives of South Carolina, Central Electric Cooperative, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Carolina Connect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Johnnie and his wife Rachel reside in Newberry, SC. They have a daughter, a son, and 5 grandchildren. She has worked as an Education Consultant for the State Department of Education, a Council Specialist for the SC School Improvement Council and was appointed by the Governor to serve on the SC Adoption Review Board where she served as chairperson.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She holds a BA in Education from South Carolina State University, a Master of Education from Cambridge College and Plus 30 Hours from the University of South Carolina, Furman and the College of Charleston.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Barbara is a national Milken Educator and has served on several boards, including the SC Professional Review Committee of Colleges and Schools, the College of Charleston\u2019s School of Education Advisory Board, and the SC State Board of Education. She is currently a Trustee on the South Carolina Student Loan Board, chairperson of the Tri-County Electric Cooperative Board, and trustee of Richland School District One.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She is a lifelong resident of the Eastover community and serves as an educational consultant and trustee at Goodwill Baptist Church. She is married to Samuel L. Weston and has two sons, Samuel E. Weston and the late Julian A. Weston.
