Since 2014, the electric cooperatives have played a key role in the attraction and expansion of companies investing more than $7.2 billion and creating 32,000 jobs. The announced capital investment and job creation resulted in nearly $31.5 billion of economic impact to the State. Even in a year of unprecedented challenge, South Carolina continued to prosper.
