Warner gemeenschappen bij het vinden van creatieve oplossingen voor hun complexe uitdagingen op het gebied van personeelsontwikkeling en biedt zij hulp bij het opleiden van lokale leiders over alle facetten van economische ontwikkeling. Ze fungeert als bijeenroeper van elektrische co\u00f6peraties en gemeenschapsleiderschap om gemeenschappelijke gronden te vinden, energie te inspireren en betrokkenheid te cre\u00ebren rond economische groei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Haar primaire focus ligt op het werken met lokale belanghebbenden om een sterkere personeelspijplijn te ontwikkelen, te behouden en aan te trekken en om lokale leiders uit te rusten met de middelen en hulpmiddelen om hun gemeenschappen levensvatbaar te houden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2020, Caroline joined the South Carolina Power Team from Nexsen Pruet, one of the Carolinas\u2019 largest law firms, where she worked in corporate communications, brand strategy and business development. She was the chief architect of the firm\u2019s nationally recognized social media strategy, operations manager for the firm\u2019s economic development and international attorney teams and primary point of contact for all business development and marketing efforts in the firm\u2019s Greenville, SC office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voorafgaand aan haar tijd bij Nexsen Pruet was Caroline Marketing &amp; Research Manager voor de Oconee Economic Alliance. Caroline was verantwoordelijk voor&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCwAAA5WkON9LLyVsoMd9YQg\">Gemaakt in Oconee<\/a>&nbsp;\u2013 een videocampagne ontwikkeld in samenwerking met de lokale industrie en het schooldistrict van Oconee County om het verhaal van de productiesector van Oconee County te vertellen en de realiteit van een carri\u00e8re in de productie voor lokale studenten menselijker te maken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She was also involved in the creation of the&nbsp;NOW: Nurturing Oconee\u2019s Workforce Program&nbsp;\u2013 a county-wide manufacturing workforce program where participants from the local career center attended monthly off-campus meetings that addressed advanced employment skills. The students toured local manufacturers, participated in mock-interviews with local HR professionals and focused on developing soft skills. It was during her time with the OEA that Caroline fell in love with workforce development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Caroline is a member of the South Carolina Economic Developers\u2019 Association, where she served as Vice-Chair of the Public Relations Committee from 2018-2025. She currently serves on the association&#8217;s Board as the Chair of the Emerging Leaders committee.
