Le conseil d'administration de South Carolina Power Team est composé à la fois de PDG de coopératives d'électricité et d'administrateurs représentant des coopératives individuelles.

Terry Colvert

Coopérative électrique de Broad River, Inc.


Terry Mallard est président et chef de la direction de Broad River Electric Cooperative depuis mars 2016. Avant de rejoindre Broad River Electric Cooperative, il était vice-président régional de la National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation (CFC) où il a aidé et formé les cadres supérieurs et les administrateurs de coopératives électriques à travers les États-Unis.

Terry est actuellement président du conseil d'administration de la New Horizon Electric Cooperative et membre des conseils d'administration de la Central Electric Power Cooperative et des Electric Cooperatives of South Carolina.

Terry est diplômé magna cum laude de l'Université Campbell et détient une maîtrise ès arts en éducation chrétienne du Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Lui et sa femme Vickie ont trois enfants et neuf petits-enfants.

Mary Sheridan

Mary Sheridan est originaire de Dalzell, Caroline du Sud. Elle est diplômée de l'Université de Caroline du Sud, où elle a obtenu un baccalauréat ès arts en journalisme avec une spécialisation en publicité/relations publiques et une maîtrise en éducation en orientation/conseil secondaire. Elle a travaillé plus de 30 ans dans l'enseignement public, privé, secondaire et supérieur, et a passé les 17 dernières années en tant que coordinatrice de l'information publique pour le district scolaire de Sumter. Elle a pris sa retraite en décembre 2017.

Mary siège au conseil d'administration de la Black River Electric Cooperative depuis 2001 et en est actuellement la présidente.

En plus de son service à Black River, Mary est active dans la communauté locale, où elle siège au Sumter Behavioral Health Board, Tuomey Hospital Foundation Board, ancienne présidente et membre de soutien de la Sumter Junior Welfare League, ancienne vice-présidente de l'Iris Commission du Festival, ancienne présidente et membre actuelle du Forum, une organisation de réseautage pour femmes, et membre active de l'Église de l'Ascension à Hagood, SC.

Mary et son mari, Hunter, sont mariés depuis 37 ans et ont un fils et deux chiens gâtés.

Daniel “Danny” B. Shelley, III

Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer, Horry Electric Cooperative


Danny Shelley is the Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Horry Electric Cooperative. 

Danny graduated from Newberry College with a B.S. in Accounting. He has held a Certified Public Accountant license for more than 30 years, received his Chartered Global Management Accountant designation, and is a graduate of the Robert I. Kabat Management Internship Program.

Danny’s grandfather, W. Hal King was one of Horry Electric’s founding 627 charter members. Danny grew up understanding the importance of the electric cooperative to the rural community and has spent his career serving the members of Horry Electric. Danny was born and raised in Mullins, S.C. He is married and has two children whom both live in South Carolina. In his spare time, he loves hunting, being outdoors, and spending time with his family.

Charles Adair

Charles grew up in Clinton, South Carolina on a dairy farm. He is a graduate of Presbyterian College where he earned a BS in Business Administration and Management. In 1980 he founded the company, Palmetto Dairy Supply, which is in operation today.

In June 1987, Charles was elected to the Board of Directors of Laurens Electric Cooperative and currently serves as Chairman. In 1998, he was elected to the Board of Directors of Federated Rural Electric Exchange and served three 3-year terms before retiring from that position in 2007. In addition to his service at Federated Rural Electric Exchange, he became a Director of Central Electric Cooperative in August 2017, received his Board Leadership Certification from NRECA in October 2012 and received his Director Gold Certification in January 2016.

Charles has been married to his high school sweetheart since 1975. They have a son, a daughter and four grandsons, and are so proud and grateful for all of them.

Paul Basha

Paul Basha est président et chef de la direction de York Electric Cooperative, Inc. Il est responsable de la gestion et de la direction des opérations générales des principaux services de la coopérative conformément aux politiques établies par le conseil d'administration.

Paul a commencé à travailler chez York Electric Cooperative en 1989 et en est devenu le président et chef de la direction en 2003. Il a été membre du conseil d'administration des organisations suivantes : Fort Mill Economic Development Council, York County Regional Chamber of Commerce Board, York County Economic Development Board ( Président), The Electric Cooperatives of South Carolina Board – Loss Control and Training Committee (Président), Cooperative Electric Energy Utility Supply Board, New Horizon Electric Cooperative Board (Secrétaire).

Paul a fréquenté l'Université Clemson où il a obtenu son BS en génie électrique. Il vit dans le comté de York depuis 30 ans et réside actuellement à Rock Hill avec sa femme, Sarah.

Paul sert dans divers groupes communautaires tels que Rotary International, York County Growth Partners et des ministères s'adressant aux moins fortunés. En tant qu'ancien dans une église locale, il est activement impliqué dans divers ministères. Dans ses temps libres, Paul aime la pêche, le golf et tout ce qui concerne sa femme et ses trois enfants.

Brian Broughton

Brian is the President and CEO of Lynches River Electric Cooperative, Inc. located in Pageland, South Carolina.

He grew up in Heath Springs, S.C. and attended the University of South Carolina, where he received a BS in Mathematics. Brian serves on the Central Board, the SC Statewide Board and CEEUS board. He also serves as Chairman of the Power Committee. He is proud to be a founding partner in Rivernet Connect, which provides high-speed fiber to the home of three of the counties the co-op serves. Brian has been married to his wife, Melanie, for 20 years and has two sons, Brody and Banks, both of whom play football, basketball, and baseball. Brian is an active participant in the community and a devout member of the Second Baptist Church of Lancaster, SC.

Jamie Bunton

Jamie Bunton is a Vice President with Bank of the Lowcountry and has been there since 2007. In 2013, Jamie was elected to the Coastal Electric Cooperative Board of Trustees, where he has served multiple positions such as board Treasurer, Secretary and is currently serving as Vice President.

Jamie est diplômé de la Citadelle et a obtenu une maîtrise en administration des affaires de l'Université de Phoenix.

Jamie est originaire de Walterboro. Lui et sa femme Jennifer sont mariés depuis 22 ans et ont deux enfants. Pendant son temps libre, Jamie aime chasser le cerf et la dinde, et il aime regarder le football de Clemson.

Johnnie L. Dickert

Johnnie is retired from Dickert Lumber Company and serves as Chairman of the Board for Newberry Electric Cooperative.

Johnnie is a graduate of Newberry College and is Director Gold Certified from NRECA. He also serves on the board of The Electric Cooperatives of South Carolina, Central Electric Cooperative, and Vice Chairman of the Board of Carolina Connect.

Johnnie and his wife Rachel reside in Newberry, SC. They have a daughter, a son, and 5 grandchildren. The Dickert family is a member of Mayer Memorial Lutheran Church, where Johnnie serves on the church council.

Michael “Mike” Fuller

Mike Fuller is the President and CEO of Berkeley Electric Cooperative, the largest electric cooperative in South Carolina serving over 125,000 meters in parts of Berkeley, Charleston and Dorchester counties.

With 31 years of cooperative experience, Mike began his career at Berkeley Electric Cooperative in September 2020, after serving as President and CEO at Pee Dee Electric Cooperative in Darlington, SC from 2017-2020 and at Consolidated Electric Cooperative in Mexico, MO from 2006-2017.

Mike has actively served and continues to serve on various national, statewide, and local civic and cooperative industry organizations. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Mike and his wife, Marla, are parents to two children, Brett (25) and Ashley (21). They are active church members and enjoy outdoor activities together as a family.

Robert Hochstetler

Robert C. Hochstetler est le président et chef de la direction de la Central Electric Power Cooperative située à Columbia, en Caroline du Sud.

Avant de rejoindre la Central Electric Power Cooperative, Robert a travaillé dans le domaine de l'énergie pendant 23 ans, acquérant une expérience précieuse en tant que vice-président de la production d'énergie pour Hoosier Energy, vice-président des opérations pour Cinergy Solutions et il a même été invité à diriger le programme de risque de marché. chez Duke Energy.

Robert is a registered Professional Engineer in South Carolina, New York and Indiana. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, an MBA from Indiana State University, a Master’s in Statistics from Rochester Institute of Technology, a Masters in Strategic Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, a Master’s in Public Policy from the Strom Thurmond School of Government at Clemson University and is currently enrolled in classes at Washington University studying law and legal issues.

Lui et sa femme, Linda, sont mariés depuis 25 ans et ils résident à Chapin, SC avec leur famille.

Gary Stooksbury

Gary Stooksbury is the CEO of Aiken Electric Cooperative, Inc., a position he has held since March 1995.

Originally from Tennessee, he holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and a Masters of Business Administration from Bristol University, also in Tennessee.

Prior to joining Aiken Electric Cooperative, Gary was the CEO of LaFollette Utilities Board in LaFollette, Tennessee.

Barbara Weston

Chairperson, Tri-County Electric Cooperative, Inc.


Barbara Flemming Weston is an experienced educator who has taught English, Honors English, speech, and drama at Keenan High School and Five Points Alternative High School. She has worked as an Education Consultant for the State Department of Education, a Council Specialist for the SC School Improvement Council and was appointed by the Governor to serve on the SC Adoption Review Board where she served as chairperson.

She holds a BA in Education from South Carolina State University, a Master of Education from Cambridge College and Plus 30 Hours from the University of South Carolina, Furman and the College of Charleston.

Barbara is a national Milken Educator and has served on several boards, including the SC Professional Review Committee of Colleges and Schools, the College of Charleston’s School of Education Advisory Board, and the SC State Board of Education. She is currently a Trustee on the South Carolina Student Loan Board, chairperson of the Tri-County Electric Cooperative Board, and trustee of Richland School District One.

She is a lifelong resident of the Eastover community and serves as an educational consultant and trustee at Goodwill Baptist Church. She is married to Samuel L. Weston and has two sons, Samuel E. Weston and the late Julian A. Weston. Barbara enjoys spending quality time with her granddaughters.
